Mazak hires new machine coordinator

Laser cutting machine supplier Mazak Optonics Corp., Elgin, Ill., has hired Rowdy Baska as new machine coordinator. In this position, he is responsible for coordinating all aspects of machine installation such as planning delivery logistics, coordinating contractors, scheduling customer training, and advising.

Baska has a degree in applied manufacturing technology from Northern Illinois University, along with eight years of laser technology experience.
