Mazak Optonics appoints GM of customer service
Elgin, Ill.-based laser cutting system provider Mazak Optonics Corp. has promoted Luke Surratt from installations manager to general manager of customer service.
He has been with the company since 2002, serving previously as service engineer and training supervisor.
