Compass Precision purchases Bergeron Machine

Charlotte, N.C.-based Compass Precision LLC, created to acquire companies in the precision metal manufacturing industry, has announced its acquisition of Bergeron Machine Inc., Westford, Mass.

Bergeron is a high-precision Swiss turning machine shop manufacturing tight-tolerance parts from a variety of exotic metals, including nickel alloys and titanium alloys. The company serves customers in the semiconductor, aerospace, and defense end markets.
