Dielectric Corp. acquires Centerline Machine

Dielectric Corp., Menomonee Falls, Wis., has announced its acquisition of Waupaca, Wis.-based Centerline Machine Inc., a provider of machined and fabricated parts and products made of steel, composites, and exotic alloys.

The acquisition enables Dielectric to offer machining in a variety of materials and sizes. It also expands the company’s service mix to include metal fabrication, laser cutting, and abrasive waterjet material processing.

The company also has added a four-spindle router, a large-part inkjet printing machine, and a large-table vertical machining center with 5-axis option to its facility.
