Elite Aerospace Group acquires Halo Industries

Elite Aerospace Group (EAG), Tustin, Calif., has acquired Halo Industries, a provider of precision machining and engineering services supporting the aerospace, defense, orbital rocket, communication, and commercial aviation sectors.

The acquisition adds nearly 20,000 sq. ft. to EAG’s production and engineering capacity. The facility, located in Huntington Beach, Calif., is now the headquarters for EAG’s newest division, Elite Space Services. It houses 3-, 4-, and 5-axis vertical and horizontal precision machining tools and a team of engineers serving the aerospace sector with space and communications projects.

EAG is a provider of design, engineering, manufacturing, and technology for the aerospace industry.
