Sandvik acquires Dura-Mill Inc.
Sandvik Coromant, a division within Sandvik Machining Solutions, has reached an agreement to acquire the privately owned U.S.-based company Dura-Mill Inc., a manufacturer of precision solid carbide end mills.
The transaction is expected to close before the end of 2018.
