Skyway Precision acquires Bellwright Mfg.

Skyway Precision Inc., Plymouth, Mich., has acquired the assets of Summerville, S.C.-based Bellwright Mfg. LLC, a manufacturer of CNC machined components for the commercial truck, agricultural, utility vehicle, automotive, and appliance markets.

Skyway offers machining of complex, close-tolerance iron and aluminum drivetrain components for the transportation and general power markets, including light and heavy commercial truck, recreational vehicle, automotive, marine, construction, agricultural, and power-generation equipment applications.
