Suhner Machining produces videos on automated tool maintenance, assembly

Suhner Machining has filmed a series of maintenance tip and unit assembly videos at its North American Service Center in Rome, Ga. Presented by Division Manager-Machining Lee Coleman, the hands-on demonstrations show the proper procedures for maintenance and assembly of the company’s automated drills, taps, and other tools.

The company is planning to produce several videos to assist operators and maintenance personnel in the proper care and handling of these tools. The first four videos cover unit maintenance, flag nut adjustment, proximity switch adjustment, and spring force adjustment for the Spindlemaster Max 100.
