Ace Industries appoints new VPs

Material handling equipment provider Ace Industries Inc., Atlanta, has announced the appointment of two vice presidents.

Claude Owens II has been named vice president of operations. In this role, he is responsible for global services, manufacturing, quality, engineering, safety, and technical development. Owens continues to lead the field service division and oversees operations at the Cleveland, Texas, and Braselton, Ga., manufacturing facilities.

Dan Carmichael has been named vice president of sales and business development. He is responsible for all direct sales and reseller functions for the company. He has experience in sales and business development roles at small businesses and international enterprises. Carmichael previously held the position of national sales manager at Ace.
