Caster Concepts acquires Aerol Co.
Albion, Mich.-based Caster Concepts Inc. has acquired Aerol Co. Inc., a manufacturer of aluminum casters and wheels for the aerospace tooling industry.
Caster Concepts will expand its facility and move Aerol’s Southern California operations to Albion, retaining its equipment, design and engineering work, and several members of its sales team. The move is scheduled for completion by the end of 2020.
