Industrial Magnetics Inc. has announced the acquisition of substantially all of the assets of Walker Magnetics Group Inc., a provider of custom and standard magnetic products for workholding, material handling, and separation applications in Worcester, Mass.
Industrial Magnetics is a provider of permanent and electromagnetic systems, based in Boyne City, Mich.
