Intelligrated appoints VP of software sales

Cincinnati-based Intelligrated®, a provider of automated material handling systems, has appointed Russ Mellott to the position of vice president, software sales. In this role, he leads sales of the company’s warehouse execution systems, labor management software, and order picking technologies. Mellott is based in Atlanta.

During a 25-year career, Mellott has held a variety of sales and executive management positions for software organizations, including Prophet 21 and Activant Solutions. He most recently served as senior vice president of sales for Epicor Software. He holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science from LaSalle University.
