Mazzella Companies merges with FHS Inc.

Cleveland-based Mazzella Companies, a manufacturer of lifting products for industrial, commercial, and specialty applications, has announced its merger with FHS Inc. (Florida Handling Systems), a material handling distributor based in Bartow, Fla.

FHS is a single-source providers of crane service, overhead crane systems, hoists, conveyors, warehouse systems, storage racking systems, and fall restraint systems, with locations in Gonzales, La.; Duluth, Ga.; and Theodore, Ala. The company now will operate as FHS Inc., a Mazzella Company.
