Morrison Industries acquires Envoy Packaging

Lebanon, Tenn.-based Morrison Industries, a manufacturer of custom steel returnable shipping racks and packaging, has acquired Envoy Packaging of Morrison, Tenn.

Envoy will fabricate plastic and foam packaging, as well as dunnage designed to work in tandem with Morrison’s steel shipping racks and expendable, cardboard packaging products.
