Orbitform-led investor group acquires Wardcraft

An investor group led by Orbitform, a manufacturer of product assembly systems, has acquired conveyor and QDC equipment manufacturer Wardcraft of Spring Arbor, Mich.

Wardcraft’s hinge, belt, mesh, and magnetic conveyors transport metal stampings, parts, and metal shavings. Its QDC products include die lifts, die carts, die racks, clamps, die rails, and bolster extensions.
