Union Tool makes management changes

The Union Tool Corp., Warsaw, Ind., has announced a series of management changes to its family-owned business. Nick Simpson and Chas Simpson, both fourth-generation family members, become vice presidents of Union Tool. Co-president Mike Simpson has retired but remains a consultant for the company and continues his role servicing longtime customers.

The company manufactures automated machines to handle and process flat sheets of metal and other materials. The equipment includes roller coaters, feeders, stackers, destackers, hot melt applicators, laminators, and lubricators.
