W.M. Kelley Co. acquires Lauyans & Co.
W.M. Kelley Co. Inc., New Albany, Ind., a 100% employee-owned manufacturer of material handling equipment, custom metal fabrication components, and assemblies, has acquired Lauyans & Co. Inc.
Lauyans, a manufacturer of conveyor and permanent magnet systems, will continue to operate out of its current facility in Louisville, Ky.
