Alliance Steel takes steps toward relocation to Indiana

Alliance Steel Corp., Bedford Park, Ill., has been awarded a bid for 25 acres of land in Gary, Ind., as well as authorization of the execution of a purchase agreement in preparation for the company’s potential relocation to Indiana.

If the move goes forward, the company plans to construct a 250,000-sq.-ft. production facility and offices and invest in new production equipment.
