Andes Coil Processors adds edging and conditioning/correction line

Andes Coil Processors LLC has added a 0.250- by 10-in. edging and conditioning/correction line to its Gary, Ind., toll processing facility.

With the addition of this new edging capability, Andes Coil Midwest expands its ability to process custom material. It can provide full round, round, deburred, or square edges produced by edge rolls on material up to 0.250 in. thick in coil-to-coil and up to 0.1875 in. thick in custom lengths.

Additional services now available at the Gary facility include decambering, slit edge correction, gauge/width reduction, wave correction, and brushing.
