Bunting Magnetics to celebrate 60th anniversary
Bunting Magnetics Co., a manufacturer of magnetic equipment used in magnetic separation, metal detection, conveyor systems, and magnetic printing cylinders, will mark its 60th anniversary on Aug. 3.
The company has been family-owned and -operated since its founding in 1959 by Walter F. Bunting. His son Bob Bunting serves as current president of the company, and grandson Robert Bunting Jr. serves as general manager of the magnet materials division.
The company is based in Newton, Kan., with additional manufacturing and distribution facilities in Berkhamsted, England; DuBois, Pa.; Elk Grove Village, Ill.; and Redditch, England.
