Bushwick Metals promotes three executives

Bushwick Metals LLC, Bridgeport, Conn., a distributor of carbon steel, HSLA steel, stainless steel, and specialty products, has announced the promotion of three executives.
Gary Magnotti has been promoted to vice president of finance/controller. In this position, he oversees accounting, human resources, credit, and information systems for the company’s 12 facilities. He joined the company in 2004 as controller. He holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Bryant College.
John Schudy has advanced from director of operations, a post he has held since starting with Bushwick in 1997, to vice president of operations. He oversees operations at all of the company's facilities. Schudy obtained his bachelor’s degree in industrial distribution from Clarkson University and also holds an MBA in strategic management from Pace University.
Stewart Lichtman is now the regional commercial vice president of Bushwick-Fisher Steel Co. and Bushwick-Koons Steel. He is responsible for sales, purchasing, and administrative functions. Lichtman started at Bushwick Metals in 1998 and most recently served as regional director of Bushwick-Fisher and Bushwick-Koons. He holds an associate’s degree from the City University of New York.
The firm is an affiliate of Marmon/Keystone LLC, a distributor of steel and aluminum tubular products in Butler, Pa.
