Haas Metal Eng. purchases Topeka Foundry & Iron Works

Topeka, Kan.-based Haas Metal Eng. has announced the purchase of the Topeka Foundry & Iron Works (TFI). TFI, which will continue to do business under the same name, produces parts from 1 in. dia. to dozens of feet long and up to 75 tons.

Both companies plan to collaborate on steel fabrication processes, seeking enhanced production between the two facilities.
