Hynes Industries obtains ISO 9001:2015 certification
Hynes Industries, a manufacturer of precision-engineered roll formed shapes, strip steel, and flat wire products based in Youngstown, Ohio, has been awarded ISO 9001:2015 certification. Under previous ISO 9001 standards, Hynes has been ISO-certified for the last 13 years.
To upgrade to this certification, the company successfully conducted a series of internal audits and management reviews, documented all business processes and instructions, performed an initial review of its QMS to identify key issues, trained all impacted employees, and passed an external audit conducted by Smithers Quality Assessments.
