JW Aluminum receives award for South Carolina expansion
JW Aluminum, a supplier of flat-rolled aluminum, was honored at the recent Salute to Manufacturing Awards ceremony with the Carlisle Associates Smart Move Award for its $300 million expansion at its Goose Creek, S.C., aluminum continuous cast facility.
The ongoing expansion is adding technology that will allow the company to use 100% scrap material in its process.
