MSCI restructures board of directors

The Metals Service Center Institute, Rolling Meadows, Ill., has streamlined its board of directors, reducing the maximum number of directors by 60 percent and creating four official standing committees responsible for audit, compensation, finance, and governance/nominating.

“Our new, modern board structure will increase our effectiveness at a time when active board participation is more important than ever,” said MSCI Chairman Holman Head, president/COO of O’Neal Industries.
