Paragon Steel acquires Buckeye Metals Industries
Paragon Steel, a distributor and processor of flat-rolled steel based in Butler, Ind., has acquired Cleveland-based carbon steel distributor Buckeye Metals Industries Inc.
Bruce Ison, Buckeye Metals Industries founder and CEO, remains as the emeritus chairman of the Buckeye board, and Ison family members will maintain leadership roles under the Buckeye Metals Industries Inc. division name.
