RectorSeal acquires Falcon Stainless
Houston-based RectorSeal LLC, a manufacturer of HVAC/R and plumbing accessories and a wholly owned subsidiary of CSW Industrials Inc., has announced its acquisition of Falcon Stainless Inc., Temecula, Calif.
Falcon provides full-port corrugated stainless steel and flexible water and gas connectors that are used in the plumbing and HVAC/R markets.
