Samuel Associated Tube Group awarded General Motors Supplier Quality Excellence Award

Associated Tube Group, a division of Samuel, Son & Co. Ltd., has received the General Motors (GM) Supplier Quality Excellence Award for the 2017 calendar year. This is the fifth year the company has received this distinction since 2012.

The award is given to top-performing supplier manufacturing sites that have met or exceeded performance criteria including quality, delivery, and customer responsiveness and have achieved cross-functional support of the entire GM organization.

Associated Tube Group is a supplier of welded cold-drawn stainless steel, high-nickel alloy, and carbon tubular products with facilities in Markham, Ont.; Birmingham, Ala.; and Saltillo, Mexico.
