thyssenkrupp Materials North America Inc., Southfield, Mich., a production materials provider and distributor of nonferrous metals, has updated the functionality of its e-commerce customer portal at b2b.tkmna.com.

New functions enable customers of the Copper and Brass Sales Division to buy metal alloys online in all shapes and sizes. It also gives them the ability to duplicate the purchase of a previous order quickly and to obtain quotes.

In addition to accessing a variety of real-time, account-specific information and account functions, the portal provides shipment tracking and options to perform a variety of reporting tasks for delivery notices, invoices, MSDS, mill test reports, and order history.
