Titanium Lifetime Achievement Award nominations now being accepted

The International Titanium Association (ITA), Eastlake, Colo., now is accepting nominations for the Titanium Lifetime Achievement Award. The award recognizes an individual for exceptional contributions to the advancement of titanium applications or technology.

Nominees should have provided significant service to the titanium industry; unveiled a technical breakthrough in the mining, refining, or fabricating of titanium; inaugurated or influenced outstanding research or marketing programs leading to the expansion of the titanium market or titanium products; acted as spokesperson for the industry on a national or international level; or developed practical solutions for outstanding problems confronted by the titanium producing and fabricating industries.
