Triple-S Steel Holdings acquires Bushwick Metals
Houston-based steel distributor Triple-S Steel Holdings Inc., through its Intsel Steel East subsidiary, has acquired the assets of Bushwick Metals, a wholesale distributor of structural steel products. The acquisition brings to Triple-S about 110 employees in three locations in Connecticut, New Jersey, and Delaware.
As part of Intsel Steel East, the business will be led by Rick Perlen, the great-grandson of Bushwick’s founder.
