Wait Industries acquires Voyager Inc.
Granger, Ind.-based private capital investment firm Wait Industries LLC has completed the acquisition of Voyager Inc., Elkhart, Ind.
Voyager, which produces steel fabricated parts for the medical, recreational vehicle, automotive and furniture sectors, will continue to operate out of its Elkhart facility, and employees will retain their jobs.
