ClarkDietrich and Hadley Group form CDH Custom Roll Form

A new company, CDH Custom Roll Form, is scheduled to be operational by June 1 in Warren, Ohio. This joint venture of U.S.-based ClarkDietrich and U.K.-based Hadley Group manufactures roll formed steel components and custom products for the North American market.

The company offers engineering support, roll forming, internal testing and laboratory facilities, in-house stamping and slitting capabilities, and 3D printing and prototyping services.
