Dahlstrom acquires DC Rollfom

Dahlstrom Roll Form, Jamestown, N.Y., has agreed to purchase DC Rollform Corp., a Falconer, N.Y.-based roll forming manufacturer. In addition, Dahlstrom will purchase DC’s 130,000-sq.-ft. building. The consolidation and move to the new building are scheduled to be complete by Q3 2020.

The DC Rollform building includes full liquid and powder coating equipment, eliminating the need for Dahlstrom to outsource powder coating services. Some of the DC building’s machines will remain in use, increasing Dahlstrom’s capacity for metal component production. As part of the purchase, Dahlstrom will add seven employees from the DC staff.
