Dahlstrom Roll Form to purchase DC Roll Form

Dahlstrom Roll Form has announced plans to purchase a 130,000-sq.-ft. building in Falconer, N.Y., along with roll forming business DC Roll Form, currently operating in the building. The purchase increases Dahlstrom’s usable square footage, and the liquid/powder painting line in the building will eliminate some of Dahlstrom’s outsourcing needs.

The current building owner, Inscape NY Inc., will lease half of the office space and 20,000 sq. ft. of manufacturing space from Dahlstrom to continue with the fabrication of two core products. In the future, Dahlstrom anticipates expansion of its architectural metal moldings to include similar fabrications.

The company currently has 31 employees and 14 roll forming lines at a facility in Jamestown, N.Y. It will add seven DC Roll Form employees to its staff.
