Hynes Industries acquires American Roll Form Products

Hynes Industries, a Youngstown, Ohio, provider of roll formed shapes and strip steel products serving the truck trailer, solar, overhead door, steel service center, and industrial markets, has announced the acquisition of American Roll Form Products, Painesville, Ohio.

This acquisition gives Hynes additional manufacturing operations in Painesville; Kokomo, Ind.; and Las Vegas.
