Rockford Systems to present webinar on machine safeguarding standard
Rockford Systems LLC, Rockford, Ill., a provider of machine safeguarding products and services, will host a free, interactive webinar on May 29 from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. CT.
“Machine Safety Compliance 101” will explain how to safeguard machines to meet or exceed OSHA 29 CFR regulations and ANSI B-11 and NFPA 79 safety standards. ANSI B-11.1 Safety Requirements for Mechanical Power Presses will be the primary topic of discussion.
Managers will learn how to apply the latest standards to increasingly complex machinery, along with the steps needed to assess and correctly safeguard hazardous machinery to full compliance.
The webinar will be led by Roger Harrison, director of training for Rockford Systems. Participants will be able to pose their questions live to Harrison while the webinar is in progress.
