AirMods LLC to expand in Colorado

AirMods LLC, a provider of outsourced design and fabrication services for aircraft modifications, has announced the expansion of its facility in Colorado Springs, Colo., to include sheet metal fabrication and assembly capabilities. The company recently signed a five-year lease to secure more than 5,600 sq. ft. of manufacturing space and engineering offices.

AirMods expects to hire several sheet metal technicians and aircraft structural engineers at the facility in 2019 to support the expansion.
