Alamo Group acquires Santa Izabel Agro Industria Ltda.

Alamo Group Inc., Seguin, Texas, has completed the acquisition of Santa Izabel Agro Industria Ltda., which designs, manufactures, and markets a variety of agricultural implements and trailers sold throughout Brazil.

“We feel the timing is good, as the market in Brazil is showing signs of rebounding from the declines of the last several years,” said Ron Robinson, Alamo Group president/CEO. “Santa Izabel's … manufacturing facilities will also offer synergistic opportunities with Alamo's existing Herder operation in Brazil.”

Alamo Group designs and manufactures equipment for infrastructure maintenance and agriculture.
