Alamo Group to build vacuum truck manufacturing facility in Wisconsin

Alamo Group Inc., Seguin, Texas, a manufacturer of equipment for infrastructure maintenance and agriculture, has approved plans to build a $15 million facility in Mukwonago, Wis., for its Super Products vacuum trucks operation. The facility will allow the company to consolidate and expand current production, which operates out of several facilities in the greater Milwaukee area. The plant is expected to commence operations in Q1 2020.

The facility will be about 70 percent larger than the combined capacity of the existing operations. It will enable the vacuum trucks operation to bring in-house the high-value operations that are currently outsourced because of capacity limitations.
