Allied Motion Technologies acquires FPH Group

Allied Motion Controls, Amherst, N.Y., has announced its acquisition of FPH Group, a producer of electrical drive systems and lightweighting technologies for military vehicles based in London, Ont., with a U.S. location in Roseville, Mich.

This purchase adds defense components to Allied’s product offerings and gives the company the necessary licenses and certifications to make them.
