Aluminum Extruders Council launches new technical webinar series
The Aluminum Extruders Council (AEC), Wauconda, Ill., has launched “AEC Aluminum Extrusion Tech,” a new series of webinars aimed at engineers and designers who have some knowledge of aluminum extrusions but are interested in a more technical focus.
The first one-hour webinar, “Specifying Aluminum Extrusions: Understanding the ASTM B221/B221M Standard,” is scheduled for April 19 at 2:00 p.m. EDT. Greg Lea, regional sales and technical manager for Hydro Aluminum, will discuss pertinent sections of the standard to help attendees better understand the ordering process for aluminum extrusions when ordering to an ASTM standard.
