ATCC opens automation technology lab

Arkansas Tech Career Center (ATCC), Russellville, Ark., has dedicated its new automation technology lab, made possible by a $667,000 regional workforce grant. The program will help develop industry-focused career paths that align with workforce objectives set by local workforce development boards.

ATTC now houses nine programs, including metal fabrication, logistics management, and construction technology. It serves high school students from numerous communities in the area. About 760 students are enrolled for the current semester.
