Brilex Industries enters joint-venture agreement with Excent Group

Brilex Industries Inc., Youngstown, Ohio, a supplier of medium- and large-sized fabrications, machining, and assembly to heavy industry worldwide, has purchased a 50 percent ownership stake in Enexa Inc., the U.S.-based subsidiary of The Excent Group, France. Enexa is the fifth company to join the expanding Brilex Group of Companies.
Brilex Industries and Puls-Action (a subsidiary of Excent Group) were supplying equipment for a customer in the electrical generation equipment industry when they realized their complementary capabilities.
Enexa's primary focus is on serving OEMs in the energy equipment, aeronautical, and space industries requiring specialized lifting and positioning equipment for their assembly processes.
Brilex provides the sales and marketing services to promote the companies' capabilities and performs the manufacturing in Youngstown. Excent, through its subsidiary Puls-Action, performs the design, engineering, and project management functions, assisted by Brilex Group's Boltech Inc.
