Cadence adds Class 7 (10,000) clean room in Connecticut

Contract manufacturer Cadence Inc., Staunton, Va., has completed a certified ISO Class 7 (10,000) clean room at its Suffield, Conn., manufacturing facility. The clean room is dedicated to the production of medical device components and subassemblies.

“Adding the new clean room and citric passivation allows us to expand our service offerings for existing and new customers, as well as streamlines our supply chain, reduces costs, and complements our laser processing expertise,” said Chris Haddad, director of operations at the Suffield facility.
