Collins & Jewell purchases land in Connecticut

Metal fabrication company Collins & Jewell Co. has purchased land adjacent to its 35,000-sq.-ft. building in Bozrah, Conn.

According to the company, the space will be used to expand on specialized welding with a manufacturing space of possibly 20,000 sq. ft., although no official plans for development have been announced.
