DGI Supply to acquire East Metro Supply
Wheeling, Ill.-based DGI Supply, a DoALL Company, has announced plans to acquire East Metro Supply, a specialty tool and full-line industrial distributor in Monroe, N.C. The official close date is scheduled for May 4.
East Metro is located 35 miles southwest of Charlotte. DGI plans to consolidate its current Charlotte location, which includes local inventory and a customer service team, with the East Metro team shortly after the closing.
