Hastings acquires Specialty Welding and Turnarounds LLC
Hastings Equity Partners, a Houston-based private equity firm, has announced its seventh Fund III platform investment in Specialty Welding and Turnarounds LLC (SWAT).
Based in Gonzales, La., SWAT is a provider of specialty welding and other turnaround services to refinery, petrochemical, and industrial customers.
