HBD Industries acquires True Position Technologies LLC

HBD Industries, a manufacturer of alloy components, industrial rubber products, and power transmission systems in Dublin, Ohio, has announced the acquisition of True Position Technologies LLC, Valencia, Calif.

True Position is a provider of complex machined components for flight control applications. The company manufactures components that require multiple machining, testing, and finishing processes within extremely tight tolerances.

Allen Sumian will continue to lead True Position and has been appointed president of HBD’s Precision Components Group, which also includes California Drop Forge and Precision Metal Products.
