Ichor acquires Talon Innovations
Ichor Holdings LLC has entered into a stock purchase agreement for the acquisition of Talon Innovations Corp., Sauk Rapids, Minn., a manufacturer of high-precision machined parts used in semiconductor tools.
Based in Fremont, Calif., Ichor offers design, engineering, and manufacturing of critical fluid delivery subsystems for semiconductor capital equipment.
